Nice property with kind service and great breakfast. The only downside is far from Copenhagen city center, and need to walk 15 minutes to the train station to downtown.

Hotel room was excellent. Staff was fine, however cleaning was not every day.

Excellent choice for our 4 day break in Copenhagen. Right next to the Train Station, room overlooked Tivoli Gardens which I loved watching, day and night. Could not have chosen a better location. Lovely large, well equipped room that was comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lovely selection and was refreshed often by the staff.

WE LOVED this Hotel. We are only sorry we did not spend more time there.

Great room and a good location

Very friendly staff, great views and the restaurant was really yummy

The room was so comfortable with great attention to detail, like the yoga mat in the wardrobe and the extremely well sticked mini bar. The bed was super comfy. My one negative was that we were woken every morning around 5.30am by a clanging, metallic noise ...no idea what the noise was? All the staff were wonderful, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Best breakfast and comfortable beds with choice of pillows. Rooms were not large but very well laid out and truly clean. Loved the hotel!
