Very very expensive Chinese restaurant nearby! Wish front desk referred to more affordable places to eat!!

Stayed on the 32 floor - fantastic view to the harbour . Huge comfortable bed . Enormous shower . Clean every day . Fast lifts . Great location to explore Hong Kong as short walk to bus , tram and metro . Staff really helpful and friendly.

Room was clean, however the bathroom shades/blinds are not able to be completely closed and the bathroom door is opaque, so come the morning the room is lit with morning sunshine when we want it to be dark and sleep in. The room design needs ensure proper black out capability

A very stylish hotel in a great location. Stuff was very friendly and accommodating. My room didn’t have a view and you could hear street noise a bit at night but it’s expected being in the city. Overall would recommend and stay here again.

Great location, close to MTR, taxi, tram, buses, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. The room is great and the beds are comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Hong Kong!

Yes, the hotel was beautiful—perfectly situated in a designer outlet mall and supported by an outstanding staff. The room was spotless, modern, and spacious, with excellent features and amenities throughout.
