Hotel was perfect. You’re literally right on the beach and close to everything. Staff was amazing. Definitely will be back.

Room was good but dated, toilet wouldn't stop running.. asked front dest to sweep my patio and get rid of some ants as well as clean cat hair off my lounge chair on Saturday, never seen anyone and i left on Tuesday

Excellent location, pool area could use some sprucing up and cleaning. Check in staff were extremely nice but def need more help. Only 1 person(per shift) for check in/out, towel service, questions etc... it was a very long wait for the simplest of things...the staff did the best they could with such a busy weekend but maybe another person would be helpful. Our room had a leak from the shower above us, luckily it was in the bathroom so we placed towels on the ground. The room was very spacious, loved the mini kitchen in our 1bedroom suite, made breakfast with a kid very easy. Overall an OK stay. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores made this stay decent.

I really appreciated the complimentary meditation session with Ruth and we also really appreciated the helpfulness and service and overall niceness of our waiter, Louis or Lewis, at the Grill by the Pool. The pizza at your Italian restaurant was fantastic. Some of the best we have ever had, including in Naples.
