Stayed 2 days at Rixos downtown. Ceyla M. has been amazing and very kind throughout our stay and has been a great help.
We wished we stayed longer. The food was amazing and service was first class.
We will definetly be visiting this resort again.

The hotel overall was generally good. The rooms could do with updating to make them more modern. There could also be better food options as it did become repetitive. The drinks options on the all inclusive package was good and the staff were lovely. Although they did not have much English so this sometimes made it difficult. The area around the hotel is quite quiet so you need to get a taxi to most places but overall we had a good stay!

I have the pleasure of traveling quite frequently and stay at a lot of hotels and I had a wonderful experience at Akra. The hotel was impeccably clean, the food quality was great, there was always helpful staff to answer any questions, the beach area is very well kept and organized, and the gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever been to.
