Our room was slightly dates as in the bathroom had a very funky smell and the wooden sink unit was rotting a little however we only used room sleeping and getting ready so it was no big issue . Staff were all so welcoming and lovely really helpful even carrying my case to taxi without even been asked .

Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else.

We were greeted by a friendly staff member who helped us with booking in and explaining all what’s available to us. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. In the room the fridge was full of various drinks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic, plus snacks such as crisps and chocolate, which are charged to the room if taken. All the usual amenities are included such as iron and hair dryer. The hotel is located in an ideal location for Tower Bridge etc and loads of places to eat and drink including Gordon Ramsey’s Lucky Cat restaurant at 22 Bishopsgate, 20 minutes walk.

Great hotel in excellent location

Excellent value, whilst not a cheap option, it is definitively very good value. The staff were professional and accommodating. They allowed early check in because they had availability. They were friendly. The location is great. The units are great in size for a family, and basic provisions (coffee, detergent, dish soap, milk capsules, etc) are provided. The units are modern and in good taste, some items are a little tired from guest traffic, but, hey some times guests do give the equipment a rough ride! Very clean. The lady at reception is charming, and the cleaning staff are professional. Will be back and recomend.

The most unique, quirky, beautiful stylish hotel we have ever stayed in! Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. Spotlessly clean and great breakfast! Will definitely return!
