This hotel was so nice and spacious. I stayed here for one night when I first arrived in Rovaniemi. It was the first time in Finland and I was traveling alone and I didn’t know what to expect when I booked this hotel, but I loved my stay and the area. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was great. Hotel has parking underground so I didn’t have to worry about parking the car rental outside somewhere. Highly recommend this place.

What a amazing and unique property, with the most beautiful rooms in such a magical setting. We went there to celebrate my Birthday and received some delicious chocolate amenities. The staff were all totally outstanding and also so kind. We went there to celebrate my B'day, but I was unwell upon arrival and during our stay there, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They gave us both an early check-in and a late-check-out to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough if you want a unique experience with the highest level of service. Thank you for all you kindness !!!

The Hotel itself is super cute. With that real Finnish vibe. Stylish, elegant, quaint. Room clean, my view was amazing. Beautifully located. So Picturesque!! I wanted to love it so much! But here are the fails. The staff need some serious customer service training. No smiles were seen, and certainly not a “How was your stay?” It’s a busy time of year, but I was taken by surprise at how many families with young children. Definite vibe Killer! There’s no lift at this property, and no one to help with bags so be prepared. Breakfast was chaos trying to find an available clean table. Maybe I will give this property the opportunity to redeem itself, because had it not been for a very ordinary (less than ordinary) experience. I probably would have loved the place.

A very welcoming hotel close to everything in town. Staff were so welcoming. The room was nice and clean. Very close to transportation to the train, airport and Santa’s village. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, breakfast was great , staff really helpful. Great location with the woods across the road for snowy walks
