The hotel is in a great location in a wonderful part of Lisbon with loads of cafes, restaurants, wine bars and more! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and the breakfast in the morning was very hearty and delicious- even our kids liked it!

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was spotless. hotel was spotless. Front desk was awesome. They helped us with directions and things to do. Thank you Melissa. Drinks were outrageously expensive. Bring your own. Rooftop pool was beautiful but was not heated, not even warmed up a little..very cold. Also, on the rooftop with clean air everywhere, smoking was allowed. That to me was unacceptable...

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The bar service was great. The dinner at the restaurant was anazing. We had the best meal in our 3 week of travels. That is saying a lot. If our flight was delayed we were coming back for dinner and another night's stay. The breakfast buffet was also exceptional! Quite the memorable stay.

We stayed at Eurostars das Letras in Lisbon and had a generally pleasant experience, with a few hiccups. I booked a Junior Suite through Expedia, but upon check-in, we were given a room that felt smaller and didn’t match the suite shown online. We stayed one night thinking the photos might be misleading, but after checking the hotel’s website the next day, it was clear we were not in the correct room. We brought this to the front desk, and to their credit, they apologized and promptly moved us to the proper Junior Suite. They also offered complimentary breakfast for the rest of our stay. While appreciated, it felt like partial compensation since we didn’t get what we paid for on the first night. The new room was lovely, spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony with a beautiful view of São Jorge Castle. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The location is decent, quiet and away from the busiest areas, but about a 25 to 30 minute walk to the city center. Overall, a comfortable stay with good service recovery, just double-check your room upon arrival.
