Do not like to shower in bathtub

Very comvenient and the airport bus is tight infront of the building.

The hotel was really amay, the staff were so grate. I would definitely be back to stay here again.

The hotel is amazing, and for the most part the staff were great. We stayed with a baby and requested a crib, but they said all they had was bed railings. But then on our last night we did get a crib so I guess they just didn’t have one available? Also they don’t allow any inflatables for babies in the pools. Food was great, the groceria was affordable and delicious. Buffet was very pricey which was a little surprising but the quality is there. Obviously the chefs table and Michelin star Chinese restaurant were the pricing you would expect. Overall we loved the hotel, and the view from the rooms was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Was a very nice stay and really handy location to roam around Seoul

Excellent services (especially the chief conceirge and his team). Very clean and new. Convenient, walking distance to restaurants and station.

One star off only because walking space in room is smaller than expected. Room itself is nice though. Staff are nice and breakfast was a good mixture of foods. Feet away from subway station and bus stops was nice.

Loved our stay here. Very helpful staff, the pool was nice though the hot-tub was tepid at best. Gym was nice to have, laundry was great, room was huge and super clean, all the staff was super helpful.
