Hotel was in a great location and plenty to do just outside the property. The breakfast was mediocre but plenty of food just outside the door.

The time we stayed at this Hotel, Looks like the carpet was in the middle of replacement, other than that I can give 4 stars

Given the rating and expense, I was a bit disappointed with my stay. The best thing about the hotel was its location near a key subway line and many tourist hotspots (including the beautiful restored urban river, Cheonggyecheon, Jogyesa Buddhist temple and Insadong’s cool alleys and shops). But the twin room was dreary and cramped, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, and the sink sprayed water all over the bathroom counter. It may be that we did not know how to navigate the small space - it’s central Seoul after all, space is a premium- but for the price I expected more.

The hotel location was really near to Seoul Station (walking distance). It is convenient if you have large luggage to move around. However, please noted that there is two Four-Point hotel in this area and you need to get the right one. Breakfast was ok. room was considered good for Asian guest. One setback is they don't provide toothbrush and toothpaste. But you can purchase it from the hotel which cost KRW4,000 each. There is a C U store just at level 1 which you can get daily need easily. There are some good restaurants nearby the hotel.

Super friendly staff and the automatic luggage storage lockers were super helpful! The rooms are very spacious as well.
