This hotel exceeded my expectations based on the price I paid… the check in was very simple I did find out during this time the room I originally booked wasn’t available but they upgraded me to a bigger one automatically, the breakfast was great even for someone like me who is fussy with food with the amount of choice I didn’t struggle, the location was perfect personally it was right near Terminal 21 shopping mall which was great and also near enough to their train stations, the staff were most courteous and friendly from the check in to the maids, door staff e everyone was great.

clean in all facilities, courteous staff, delicious breakfast buffet- amazing hotel in a wonderful quiet location!

Only amenities makes this a 4 star. Pool, gym, steam room, and sauna was great! Hotel looks 5 stars but lacks towels and storage in room. They know we have 4 people staying in there and only gives us 2 towels and no wash cloths or other towels. Shampoo and conditioner is on cheap side: no coffee maker in room.
