This was a lovely property that provided excellent customer service, a shuttle to the airport and a scrumptious breakfast in the morning! It is a quiet location and a great place to enjoy before you travel home. it is only a few miles to the Venice airport. Highly recommend!

Our stay was very lovely! The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was very reasonably priced (€5 per person) and tasty!

The rooms are quite small but have everything you need. Excellent location. Easy to get to a lot of tourist attractions- bus and train stops close by. Reception staff were friendly & helpful.
Altho we paid for breakfast, we ate out. It smelled good from front desk 🙂
My only negatives were a) needing to carry luggage up narrow staircase despite having a ‘lift’ ((elevator) and b) that you can hear everything from other rooms, the hall and the street-we had room facing street so we had to keep window closed at night.
Regardless, I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to London.
