Beautiful hotel. Nice check in staff. The bartender was in a fowl mood but we didn’t let us bother us. She was just unhappy.

The bellmen are wonderful. There is a terrible man at the reservation desk. He was very condescending as we requested a 2pm check out during the Winter Storm. We were told the night before there shouldn’t be a problem and when we asked in person the man talked to us like scum and said it would be 150$. We packed up during the storm and left in a taxi as soon as possible for a different hotel. On a high note, housekeeping was amazing and incredibly kind.

Our room was on the 18th floor and had a great city view. The hotel was great, staff incredible and the restaurant was really good. Dog friendly too!

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.

Central location, not far from Pantheon and other key sites. Hotel is located in an old convent, with some great historical features. Staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms tidy, although the triple.room seemed a little tight for 3.people. Being in a historic building meant either taking a very small lift or navigating fairly steep stairs. Overall, a pleasant stay in a good part of Rome

Linens are scratchy/rough. The button to flush the toilet completely collapsed into the wall leaving a gapping whole and unable to flush the toilet again.

Clean rooms and space in room.
