Excellent staff who show genuine concern for their guests

The only thing is they don't have windows that crack open so there is no new oxygen coming in..got sick because of this so I would reconsider next time if I'd like to stay here..but it is nice and staff are great and the breakfast is also nice and fresh

From the moment we arrived, the staff consistently delivered exceptional hospitality. Everyone was warm, genuinely friendly, incredibly helpful, and attentive to even the smallest details. Their welcoming attitude and willingness to assist made our stay feel effortless and truly enjoyable. We had the pleasure of staying on one of the newly renovated floors, and the experience was beautiful. The refreshed design feels modern, elegant, and thoughtfully considered, with a wonderful ambience that makes the space feel both sophisticated and comfortable. It was especially exciting to experience the newest renovation firsthand, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout. We did miss our regular breakfast area, which has always been one of the highlights of our stays, but we completely understand that it is currently under construction as part of the ongoing improvements. We look forward to seeing the finished result on our next visit. The pool was exceptionally clean and well maintained, making it a lovely place to relax and unwind. Overall, the combination of the beautiful new renovation, consistently attentive service, cleanliness, and genuinely welcoming staff made this another memorable stay. A special thank you to Tanya, Daniel (Butler), and Sandy (Breeze cafe and brunch area) for making us feel so welcomed and well cared for. Stayed at this hotel several times now, Check in was quick Nice to see so many young pepple employed

Hotel's amenities such the rooftop, restaurants, breakfast buffet and staff members were amazing 5/5. However, the hotel itself needs some maintenance, the room feels old with humidity smell and the balcony door was not closing properly so the hot air was coming inside.
