Nice hotel in a quiet business area. Lots of convenience stores around and higher priced restaurants nearby. More affordable options are a bit farther away. Easy access to several metro and rail lines. Found some hair from previous guests and WiFi was terrible.

Nice but the decor seemed a bit outdated and a lot of areas were roped off. Food from room service was very good.

5 min walk to Universal Studios and to the subway. If you're going to Universal Studios this is the place to stay.

Room is very new and clean. I really enjoyed public bath and sauna.

Clean and modern mid budget hotel in the business district. A train ride away from the main city areas.

Pros: This property is very clean and in walking distance to several shopping and dining options in Umeda. Cons: This property is not tattoo friendly for use of the gym, pool, and sauna. There are only two options for breakfast: Western and traditional Japanese.

Staff was amazing and the view was phenomenal

There were many dining options. We used in room service and the food was ok. It was a bit cold. The bed was amazing. They offered bed guards for children too.
