The bathroom has no proper door (only a sliding piece of wood) and if someone showers with the lights on, you can see EVERYTHING.

My stay at the Omni Providence Hotel was exceptional. The room was spotless, the staff were professional and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and elegant. The hotel’s attention to detail, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the comfort of the accommodations, truly stood out. I also appreciated the sense of safety, respect, and hospitality shown throughout my stay — qualities that make a lasting impression and reflect the high standards expected of a distinguished establishment like Omni.

The hotel was very nice overall and in a great location. The aesthetic was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. The main problem was that they have a separate AC/heat system, so the AC cannot be run when the heat is in. If you run hot the only way to cool down the room is open the windows, but that only does so much. I turned the heat off and had the windows open but I was still sweating trying to sleep. The water pressure is also very inconsistent and changes by the second. The hotel could use some updates but I still would recommend.

Room was very clean, bathroom was amazing. Bed was the only issue. Had significant dips and lumps I wouldn't expect a $400/night hotel matress would have.
