FROM THE FIRST DAY OF OUR ARRIVAL UNTIL THE END OF OUR TRIP (10 NIGHTS) THE STAFF WERE VERY ATTENTIVE AND EAGER TO HELP. DESPITE OUR ROOM BEING EXACTLY WHAT WE ASKED FOR WE DECIDED THAT WE DID NOT WANT THE GROUND FLOOR AFTER ONE NIGHT AND NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM WE WERE MOVED IMMEDIATELY TO THE FIRST FLOOR WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW. WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER SERVICE IN ANY OF THE DEPARTMENTS.

We had a wonderful stay at Emirates Palace in a beautiful sea-view room with Club Lounge access. The property is truly grand and spectacular, with so much to do without ever needing to leave — from camel rides to a variety of activities throughout the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, but the Club Lounge team was truly exceptional. Everyone was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special, including helping us arrange dinner reservations and organizing thoughtful anniversary treats in our room. A special thank you to Rohit, who was phenomenal with our 1.5-year-old son. He went out of his way to prepare special purées for him and would always ask if there was anything he could make for him. That personal attention meant so much to us and was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast was truly incredible — one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced, with an amazing selection. The Kids' Palace was a little underwhelming compared with the rest of the property, and the enormous size of the palace can sometimes take away from the personal feel of the experience. Overall, Emirates Palace is an incredible and unforgettable property. The grandeur, setting, activities, amazing breakfast, and especially the exceptional Club Lounge staff made our stay very special.

Expected better from a 5 star hotel. It’s lovely but it is the bare minimum. Biggest perk is hotel pool so you can have a cold pool without paying for a beach club but I’ve stayed in better hotels in Dubai for less where they make a fuss of you and can’t do enough. Lift broke down one day, no assistance or notification to residents. Had to walk down and up 18 flights of stairs constantly. No offer of anything for the inconvenience or apology. Staff are very nice but can tell they want to do more than management will allow. Breakfast very nice
