Our room was always clean, check in and out was especially easy and we were offered a free upgrade on our room. It was the most wonderful experience we had. Breakfast was always great, our room was always clean, and the staff was always very helpful with directions, locations of shops, and where to go/ what to do. Can’t wait to come back!

I stayed lot of hotels in Istanbul. Be honest to you all the best hotel Hyatt Centric. The reason why, rooms larger big square feet. Everything is newly. Views amazing. Friendly and professional staff. Specially her name is Durdane. Was very friendly and helpful. Thank you

This is my third time staying st this hotel in Instanbul this year. From the moment you enter they greet you with warmth and smiles, they remembered me, that made me feel good. The Hotel Staff is very warm and curtious….The service while staying here was exceptional. They treat you very good. The rooms are clean. The ambiance is great. The restaurant food is also great!
