Hotel was a vibe, clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful!

Great location easy to find 10 min walk from main train station. Friendly staff at check in. Room on smaller side with family if 5 but we were only there for 1 night so was totally fine.

Very nice location, walkable to popular tourist attractions and metro. Quiet room and comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast buffet too.

Fantastic and very helpful staff! Clean and very comfy beds. Lovely view! And so handy to have station on the door step.

I recently stayed here and had an okay stay. It's an old property but it's decently maintained even though it could use some refurbishing. The rooms are huge. I stayed in the Super Double Room and it was a very large, especially as a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was really good, lots of options, both Japanese and western. The location is just okay, it's far from the centre of Osaka and you cannot walk anywhere, but the subway is nearby which was convenient. I used the onsen and sauna and they were great, though I did think it was strange that hotel guests have to pay an extra fee to use the facilities. Regardless, it was still worth it. There was an incident, where one of the cleaning staff dropped one of my skincare bottles and broke the cap, but I guess it was my fault for leaving a wet glass bottle in the shower. They put it back together so I didn't notice right away it was actually broken. I thought it was a bit odd they didn't leave me a note explaining the situation but they did leave me extra skincare packets to make up for it. I thought I could salvage the cap and a couple lovely staff members were able to tape it back up for me and carefully wrap up the bottle so I could take it with me. Despite my initial annoyance I appreciated that they were so helpful. The real standout of this hotel is the service and the staff. You can tell that they really take their roles seriously.

We stayed on the imperial floor and had access to the lounge, gym and swimming pools, and we had breakfast included. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We’d certainly come back!
