We had an amazing stay! The food was excellent, with a huge variety, especially at breakfast and dinner. The kids (10 and 6 years) absolutely loved the place. There were activities and entertainment all day long, and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The reception staff and everyone we met were always smiling and welcoming. We booked a car to the Land of Legends from the reception and the prices were similar to other outside companies, however the guy helping us was extremely kind and helpful! The only minor comment we had was that sometimes the room cleaning was delayed until around 3 p.m., probably due to shortage. But the rooms were cleaned very well. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back! Highly recommended!

We arrived late at night and were upgraded to a lovely room. All staff were helpful and friendly. There was plenty of food choices and activities to do.

All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so and not very strong. So beaches, children's club, amphitheater and disco are out of range. The children's facilities are great! Really! they are clean, the stuff is attentive. There is even a baby sleeping bedroom. Very cute. The room cleaning service remains a puzzle to me. Although they clean daily and change bed and towels, they do not touch anything above floor. Literary, all the empty plastic cups and boxes remained there for several days till I cleaned them. All in all not a great place to return to.

Beautiful, well maintained premises with professional and friendly staff. Fantastic facilities and services for children. Absolutely amazing food. Loved every minute, will be going back again soon!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They have upgraded our room automatically when they knew we were on anniversary of our honeymoon. The service is excellent and everything is excellent honestly I don’t have anything to say about any improvement, but will definitely come in again.

A very good resort, especially for the price you pay. Superb service from the staff, beautiful pools and gardens. Always clean and everything that you need. We loved the beach and we were pleased with the spa, gym and beauty salon. I highly recommend and we will certainly return in the future.
