Grand Falls Gorge Trail Golf Holidays

Stayed in the hotel for 3 days...the rooms were renovated, (been here before) the dining area too. Location is excellent, walking distance to St Peter Square, Sistine Chapel, Metro to Termini... Staff area great...helped us with the directions ...Martha and Monica are Wonderful!!! Will be back for the third tine sometimes soon... Oh...breakfast is soo nice...various croissant to choose from....lol

The hotel has a great location if you want to walk and explore. Very close to the Bellagio and Paris and an easy walk to New York New York. Downfall of Planet Hollywood is there check in takes forever. The kiosks are working for check in even though you constantly get emails to use them. Even at 11pm at night we stood in line for approximately an hour. Then they tried changing our room to ahandocap room with 2 queen beds, not being what we booked. Their first response was well read the fine print we can change your room. After a short conversation that was fixed and we were even given a voucher to use at one of the restaurants on property. Love the hotel especially the design and decor. Staff is so nice and professional. Room service food is excellent. The only negative is the lack of an in-house gym. Would stay again.

The check in was at 4 pm instead of 3. The staff were unsure about the situation. The building where we should stay is somewhere else.

The location, staff, and rooms were wonderful. The layout of the room was spacious, comfortably fitting my family of five in two rooms. The location is central and most of the famous sites are easily within walking distance. The only drawback is the single elevator in the building, but a minor flaw in an otherwise wonderful property.

This hotel was not conveniently located near anything. While the service was just okay, I will say the staff who helped with our luggage were wonderful—very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. Breakfast was mediocre at best; they actually served burnt scrambled eggs and offered very limited options. To make matters worse, I had booked a suite and the welcome fruit bowl provided was rotten. Overall, I would not stay here again.
