"Hotel is new, which was great but felt like they were not prepared for the public holiday + school holiday crowd. Everything was slow. "Love staying at the Hyatt. The staff are friendly. The room is clean. Family friendly and breakfast is so good. They have variety of food. Traditional Indonesian breakfast and Western food as well. The location is amazing. Away from the busy city. Definitely recommended."
