All the evening staff are all horrible people. They dont explain just tell you to do stuff. They just tell you to insert the credit card for no reason and when you ask them they give you a terrible glare to tell you that its for a deposit. Called the Front Desk and some Indian lady was so rude that was not helping in providing information, she even yelled at me for asking a simple question. Wont be back no more!

The construction noise was quite intense, but the staff moved me to a room away from the noise without any fuss.

Self check-in was a nightmare. The security desk had no record of our reservation. We were able to contact the host who were able to file the proper applications required by the property. But it took a very long time which made us miss the opening ceremony for the blue jays. Which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Also had coffee. The beds were very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs through the mattress. After the added condo fees the price was not worth it. Would have been better to stay in a hotel. And they had no place to store our luggage at check out until our evening flight.
