‼️Please note this is 5 star hotel WITHOUT PARKING, IT COST 500 SAR= 133$ FOR PARKING. The room was clean but wasn’t ready upon arrival although I requested early check in, 3 days prior the arrival date, with no problem paying for it, and the duty Manager confirmed it. Upon arrival I had to wait over 8 hours to check in.
The Morning staff were amazing, and very helpful especially the team leader i think his name was Abdullah. And his colleague Abdulrhman.
Breakfast was below average, 🚫Not 5 stars at all.

Our stay was fine. The hotel is located within Makkah Towers and has easy accessibility to the Haram.
Our check-in was made very pleasant because of Hayaa Al-Fadha. She was so hospitable and welcoming.
