United Arab Emirates Kid friendly Holidays

Spent 2 nights and stayed on the 8th floor. Can go to the swimming pool on 8th floor and just steps away from room. Breakfast was good and have plenty of choices.

All of the above and MORE. The detail, the excellent service, the kind, accommodating wonderful staff! 6 star accommodations, food, pools, restaurants and they treated the kids so special, staff at Adventure club are amazing!!

Everything was perfect, from check in staff, to restaurant staff, to room servicing staff. The food was excellent, the beach was fantastic, the pools looked very inviting but we didn't use as we prefer the beach. Our room was amazing, it was beautifully decorated for my birthday and I received a happy birthday cake at every restaurant that we dined in. I cannot fault the Sofitel and will definitely be returning. Thank you everyone :)

Не понравилось только, что на ужин из напитков включенных в стоимость доступна только вода даже чая нет. Я простыл из-за кондиционера и мог попить чай только утром, приходилось в номере кипятить чай.

Clean room, nice service, beautiful site. They give a delicious tea upon arrival. Food at the Mekong Restaurant is wonderful. Buggy (golf cart) drivers are very nice. They don’t really have a business center for working, though. Disappointed in extra charge for beds on beach, though the lounge chairs are nice. Glad that the breakfast at the Beach Club is adults only. Food was excellent.

Location and facilities were great but the standout was the staff. Everyone was more than helpful, always smiling and couldn't do enough for us. Will be back.

The hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The lounge bar was an excellent spot for breakfast and a drink. The food at all the restaurants was excellent. We will be coming back!

Room was great. Room service food was just okay. The Japanese restaurant was terrible, but the pub restaurant was above average. The society restaurant was poor, but the pool and the staff were great!
