Premium service. One of the best hotels in Cairo for sure. Highly recommending.

The food is really good, if you don’t want to leave the hotel, you can go for the buffet dinner and breakfast; great variety, healthy and clean. Room was always spotless thanks to Mohammed, and the entire hotel is being cleaned on regular basis. Staff is super kind and nice to talk with, specially the people at the bar: Mr Yousef, and the great service from the shisha specialist. After a long stay in Egypt I can say this was the best hotel we stayed. Definitely will come back!

The housekeeping staff was excellent. But i lost a shwal in the lobby restaurant and i asked to see the camera footageand they refused to show it to me, saying that i walked out of the lobby with the shawl. I am pretty sure i did not. But we will never know. Also, the package deal for the room i was offered as part of a group was a lot more expensive than the prices on every booking website. I called the reservation team to tell them this. This has never happened to me in any hotel in the world. The group discount is always a bit lower

Really enjoyed seeing the Nile and Cairo’s atmosphere from that amazing terrace. Room is super clean Staff is friendly and welcoming Everything was great!!! I would come back again.
