A very well placed city centre hotel that is itself very quiet. Spacious room with thoughtful amenities including tea/coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board and a small but useful amenity in the form of a hook outdide the shower to hang your towel.

The location is good, within walking distance of local attractions but the apartments are tucked away off a not very nice side street. Lovely bedding and towels, quality decor.
The rug in our apartment looked disgusting, badly stained, not at all in keeping with the ‘luxury’ label attached to the place. Carpets in the hall were also stained. Hence the rating of 4/5

My favourite Liverpool hotel, great spa and restaurant. Perfect location - between the 2 cathedrals, right opposite the Philharmonic and a great pub (Queen of Hope Street), loads of places to eat and drink very close by and the city centre walkable in 5-10 mins.

The beds were comfortable, clean towels daily.Tea,coffee biscuits in the room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent so much choice. The hotel was in a convenient location just 2 mins from the bus station and across the way from the Albert Dock. Would highly recommend.
