Clean room and really close to Anfield stadium

Check in was seamless and we were greeted by a smiling member of staff and given a complimentary glass of fizz.

It was a very late check in but the staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and the complimentary water and sparkling drinks were appreciated. Breakfast area is nice and spacious and has all the usual things you would expect for a uk hotel.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The location was excellent, and everything was extremely clean. The bar area was beautiful and very Instagram-worthy, making it a great spot for photos.

We were very impressed with the overall hotel, the staff and the architecture. The food was really good for lunch and dinner. For lunch, we sat at the bar and was served by Kaitlyn, who was very polite, helpful and professional. All your staff was very polite and helpful, but Kaitlyn was particularly good at it. Next time we’re in Liverpool will be sure to stay at this hotel, without fail!

A really well positioned hotel for Alderley Edge and surrounding area. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast options and quality of food was very good. The only thing that let our stay down and the reason for 3 stars was the rooms. They were very tired and could have been better maintained - scuffs on walls, dripping tap, toilet that didn’t flush properly and untidy sealant in bathroom. We also asked the cleaner to re-clean the room as there was dust and a cobweb which was done without fuss or delay. If they would just spruce up the rooms this would be a great hotel and worthy of 4 or 5 stars.

The room wasn’t air conditioned but there was a fan but it was a very hot day, comfortable room and great location.

Lovely welcoming staff. Good spa and leisure facilities. A very enjoyable and reasonably priced stay.
