The hotel was very beautifully designed and decorated, the location was perfect and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced.

The location is the hotel is not perfect. I was able to go to major attractions on foot or by metros. I left something in the room, and they took care of it.

Excellent location. Didn’t have a room safe.

The hotel was in a reasonable location, which was one of the positives of our stay. However, overall, I was disappointed with the standard of the accommodation. The rooms were dirty and extremely outdated, which was not what I expected. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and the condition of the rooms really let the hotel down. The spa also seemed very overpriced, especially considering it wasn't included in the stay. Although I didn't use the spa, I feel that access should have been complimentary for hotel guests rather than an additional expense. Overall, the location was reasonable, but the cleanliness and outdated rooms made the experience disappointing. The hotel would benefit from a significant refurbishment and improvements to its cleaning standards to offer guests better value for money.

Great location for airport 9 min ride) Clean, safe quiet.
