The food at the French restaurant was fabulous and we really enjoyed the daily freshly folded pajamas.

Great hotel with an excellent location. It was very convenient to get around and access public transportation. The staff provided great service, and I appreciated that my luggage was already in my room when I checked in. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and smelled fresh throughout. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience truly memorable. The hotel was beautifully decorated, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The convenience of being just a few steps away from Shiomi Station and having a Family Mart right downstairs was a huge plus. We traveled with our 7-year-old, who was thrilled to be exploring a new country for the first time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an amazing stay that’s close to the action but not in an overly crowded area.

Front desk was very helpful. Have a great check in and check out experiences. Housekeeping are very good, our room is always clean and comfortable. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This was our best stay in Tokyo, with excellent views of Tokyo Tower! The hotel offers great luxury and an excellent place to relax after a long day exploring Tokyo. The folks at The Fairmont Tokyo are helpful as always and warm and welcoming.
