Caribbean Kid friendly Holidays

The property was beautiful, rooms were gorgeous, and staff was friendly and helpful. The only detractions were the extremely slow elevator from the self parking structure to the lobby, as well as noise issues between rooms. We had a room with a connecting door to another room, and while this door was closed and locked, we could hear the family in the adjoining room clearly at most times, even when they were speaking at a normal volume. Not ideal for couples seeking some privacy.

Staff needs to be a bit more hospitable

Moon Palace was an awesome space to spend our spring break. There were activities for everyone in the family. My kids loved the 24-hours room service. There was always something to do and some place to eat. We had no issues with booking dinner reservations. All the restaurants had great food. We loved the various selections. This experience was worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Puerto Rico. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor landscape. It was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and added such a tropical charm to the experience. Everything felt clean and well cared for, and the surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy the stay. Overall, a lovely experience that I would definitely recommend to others looking for a comfortable and scenic stay.

We stayed in the Royal Tower (west) on the 17th floor with an ocean view. The view was amazing! Upon check-in, the staff was so kind, helpful and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful, aquariums amazing and the rooms and property were very clean. Staff: They were hit and miss on whether they were kind and helpful. Our daily housekeeper was so kind and warm. We loved seeing her each morning. As for restaurant staff, I feel like the automatic 15% tip does not do anything for the customer. majority of the restaurant staff gave the impression they were annoyed you were there. Some staff were great, but the ones who made it very clear they were unhappy made our dining experiences vastly different. Especially when we spend on average $800 a day on food and beverage. It was expensive! Which we were prepared for. We ate at the finer dining places and ordered/drank what we want. Waterpark: There was not one day we were there that all the slides were open. If you asked any of the attendants, they told us to find a manager because they don't know when the closed slides would be open. They were very annoyed when we asked. Pools: These are very well kept, and we had no problem getting chairs each day. Yes, the front row was all taken, but we were always able to find chairs somewhere.

We had an excellent stay. Staff all friendly, service was great. The free breakfast and free happy hour drinks were a nice touch.Pool was relaxing.
