Grand Bahia Principe Explore Punta is the best all inclusive resort in Punta Cana!! The resort itself is beautiful and clean. The rooms are modern and have been recently updated. I stayed in villa 15 and the pool was right outside of my door with swim up bar. The trolley is so convenient and takes you everywhere in the resort. It was so easy going from place to place. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! The waitress at Las Olas are exemplary and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Thankful for Emeley!! Breakfast was my favorite at Las Olas… the omelette chef at Las Olas is the best!! The main lobby had great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well. Dinner time had similar meal options daily and had a wide range to select from even for picky eaters like my son. Great food! The room as clean upon arrival and the cleaning staff go above and beyond to keep everything spotless. The pools are amazingly clean and we spent most of our time swimming. The pool side bars serve up the best drinks that are top notch!!! If your looking for a luxury holiday vacation… this place is wonderful!!! I lost my phone in the woman bathroom by the las olas swimming pool and someone returned it right away to security !!! The front desk receptionist Leonardo tracked my phone down in less than 30 Minutes. Trust me… this Resort is the BEST and we are so sad to be leaving. This is my third visit and I plan to keep coming back!!! Thank you Grand Bahia Principe punta cana

The bartender need to be way nicer all of them were rude .. the luggage’s took 1 hour to come upstairs when we arrived .. our room wasn’t ready when we got there and when it was we had to stay online another hour that was ridiculous… seem like no one there line the job or wanted to be there

Well, the beach was nice. First time at an all inclusive and the food was bad but the drinks were good. Most of the staff was friendly. The times for the restaurants are incredibly specific so pay attention to the app they give you at check in. The WiFi is slow and the pool closes at 6pm not cool. I’d recommend mosquito repellent and cash from home. Probably won’t ever go back here :/

The people that work here are like family so sweet and helpful. You will have a relaxing time.

Overall, great and consistent operation. If I would like to see anything improved it would be the sea grass close to shore in the beach area beyond the volleyball court and bar. Lessened the enjoyment of the water. Forced bathers to be in too close proximity to strangers wanting to enjoy personal time with loved ones. This is my third time back in three consecutive years and the problem persists unchanged.
