La comida de los buffets no estuvo mal aunque la verdad no fue la mejor yo le daría un 6. Los helados ilimitados 10/10. El servicio fue muy bueno los empleados son muy atentos pero el proceso de check in pésimo nuestra habitación no estaba lista y ya eran casi las 4pm y cuando fuimos a preguntar la persona que nos atendió nos dijo que teníamos que esperar 20 minutos más y cuando le reclamé me ignoró más sin embargo fui a donde otro y me buscó una solución, me cambió de habitación y ya. La piscina muy buena y limpia

Loved that we could use Atlantis. Breakfast was pretty decent. Toilet did not work. The hall was very hot. The check in process was not ideal. We requested rooms together and called 2 times and were told they had them blocked only to find out they did not. We had 2 rooms between our families and my wife and myself had to sleep in different rooms.
