Caribbean Kid friendly Holidays

We had a great time with the kids. The beach was sandy and the water was blue. The rooms were very nicely cleaned. The check in could be improved. We were waiting in one lane to get the bracelets and then they told us to get on the second lane to get the bracelets to work. The other thing that could be improved is to get not used plastic cups for the beer or drinks. We didn’t like the idea of washing the plastic cups. The beer should be in the glass to drink. We all got food poisoning the last day. We were all eating different things though. Also there was no sparkling water if asked to bring it to the rooms.The check out was nice and easy. Overall was nice.

Everything was great

The resort was nice. It's perfect if you have very small children and if you dont mind being woken up every morning at 7am by children crying and screaming little kids in the hallways. I have teens and they tried to go to the teen club several times during our stay and it was locked. We didnt realize that this property and several other Bahia properties were all together. That's ok, but we were not allowed to get drinks at the other properties' bars. The bartenders would not serve us. The al la carte restaurants were all booked up so we could not get a reservation. I would have liked to have more alcohol options in the room besides the 2 cans of beer that they put in the little fridge. Overall, the vacation wasn't terrible, it was just OK. I dont plan on going back to this particular resort in the future.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. It was a delight to interact with them. Food was great! Beach and ocean were fantastic!

The room was run down. The tub leaked, the shower flooded the bathroom, and the water temperature fluctuated from scalding to ice cold without touching the knob. This was the second room we were given, too, as the first room did not have a working tub and our key bracelets didn’t work to open the door. The food was awful-even the burgers and hot dogs were bad. The pizza was edible. The water park and beach were the saving graces. Our child had fun on the big water slides and enjoyed the beach.
