I was absolutely surprised at how luxurious this hotel was. Beautiful spacious rooms, gorgeous views. Immaculate service! Provided all kinds of drinks, coffee, hot tea, matcha, etc in room. Provided toiletries and amenities. Spacious bathrooms with separate tub & shower. Amazing 10/10 stay.

Great to be so close to USJ and lots of easy food options around. Clean room. Nive toiletries. It was noisy from USJ so bring earplugs.

We loved this hotel! The minions theming was so fun and it was in such a handy place for universal and city walk. The rooms were a very generous size for Japan and the check in process was very straightforward. I would really recommend if you’re visiting universal Japan!
