Tiran Island Kid friendly Holidays

This is a nice hotel with a rooftop bar and restaurant that has amazing views of the manhattan skyline. The staff is pleasant and friendly.

Very convenient to get to Broadway shows.

Staff at both the front desk and the bus captain's desk were outstanding. Breakfast was marvelous. The room was basic and the shower did leak badly. However, any negative about the room was well made up by the hotel's location in Times Square and Restaurant Row. I will return.

Lovely hotel

Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Splendide Royal Roma did not meet our expectations. The front-desk staff came across as quite snooty and unwelcoming, and our room had a very unpleasant musty smell. I understand that this is a historic hotel, but considering the price guests are paying, the hotel should invest in better ventilation, high-quality diffusers, or another solution to keep the rooms smelling fresh. We were also disappointed to discover that there is no swimming pool or spa at the hotel. Guests may use these facilities at the sister hotel, approximately 20 minutes away, but there is an additional charge of €40 per person on weekends and €18 per person on weekdays. I believe this should be clearly explained to guests upon arrival—or, preferably, before booking. Overall, we were not impressed with the service, facilities, or value. Sadly, we would not return.

My room had a distinct smell to it, and I noticed that the dresser wasn’t checked bc there was clothes still in there. The amenities were amazing! The staff, especially Vanessa was extremely helpful. The staff I interacted with has been there for 11 years plus and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs.

Clean room and friendly staff. Was upgraded to a nice suite with a view of the bridge as part of Expedia VIP which also came with free breakfast and a drink credit. Would stay here again. Had a nice stay for business.

My fourth time staying at The Muse and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else in Manhattan. Rooms are well kept, shower great, bed super comfy and location? There isn’t a better one I’d argue. On W46th between 6th and 7th Avenue so effectively the madness of Times Square on one side and the shopping heaven of 5th Avenue just a short walk away. Amazing network links for the subway anywhere in the city.
