The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is delicious but now the pastry offerings are self serve which I don’t like. Please note, there isn’t an electrical outlet in the bathroom for a blow dryer or flat iron. Also, the TV doesn’t allow for casting and was quite old.

Clean, great customer service, no charges for early arrival they kept my bags and when it was time to check in they moved them to the assigned room. Also, when it was time to leave the order a taxi for me.
The breakfast was delicious.

We stayed for about a week. From location to everything the hotel had to offer it’s perfect for a couple. They provided free water bottles that are refillable. For a hotel room in NY, it’s pretty spacious. They even have a restaurant and rooftop bar that gives the experience a special touch. I would recommend this hotel! Super clean as well.

The property was convenient and close to Time Square plaza. Restaurants and shops close by in walking distance. Breakfast was awesome and most of all the staff went above and beyond friendly customer service. We celebrated my husband's birthday. This a place where you should always come back to.
