North Coast Kid friendly Holidays

Room was very clean. Wait staff and entertainment crew were very polite and courteous. had 2 rooms on one booking and they roomed us so far apart. we were on different blocks. Tried asking for a change and they said that was it. They couldn't do much because we booked with a third party. Crazy that they treat us like 2nd class because we didnt book directly with the Hotel. They front desk staff gave us the run around, so we just let it be.

The rooms need renovation. My first rooms bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. The second room so many things were missing in the bathroom and the AC sucked and would just turn off on its own. Other than that the resort was nice
