The Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa was a very good value for the money. It truly was all inclusive and offered many, many specialty restaurant as well as several buffet restaurants. They also had a sports bar that served food about 20 hours a day. Entertainment options at night were plentiful and if you like late night dancing that option was open every night into the wee hours of the morning. The pool and beach areas had plenty of seating no matter what time you arrive but of course in the morning was the best time for prime locations. My adult daughter and I had a great vacation!

Classy, timeless, elegant, spotless, farm-to-table…our second trip here did not disappoint. Great couples getaway in a beautiful villa with warm, friendly staff. Also no trouble accommodating our gluten free friends.

Overall, the resort was great. They have done great at rebuilding from the hurricane. Most staff were friendly. The restaurant service was a little frustrating as we had to get our own coffee and water at times in the restaurant. Major kudos to Kevon and Mario! Extremely friendly and on top of it at all times!

I recently sent my mom to Franklyn D. Resort in Runaway Bay, Jamaica to celebrate her 69th birthday, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience she had there. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her like royalty. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to make her birthday special. They decorated her chair with beautiful gold and black balloons and surprised her with a full birthday cake. What touched me even more was their kindness when she wasn’t feeling well one day—someone from the resort personally took her to the pharmacy to make sure she was okay. That level of care meant the world to me. Franklyn D. Resort may not advertise itself as a five-star luxury hotel, but the treatment and hospitality they provide is absolutely five-star. If you are traveling with family, kids, celebrating a birthday, or even sending an elderly loved one to relax, you can rest assured they will be in good hands—even if traveling alone. Thank you to the amazing team at Franklyn D. Resort for making my mom’s birthday unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for genuine Jamaican hospitality and heartfelt service.

We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Waves in Jamaica. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. It’s a great place for families with toddlers. My son especially loved the pool and had so much fun every day. I also loved that they offered Jamaican dishes, which made the experience feel more authentic. However, I didn’t like that all the restaurants on the property close between 11am - 12, as it limits dining options. One restaurant should be open at all time. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely visit again.
