Upolu Kid friendly Holidays

Buffet breakfasts were great. Rooms were clean. Our rooms were in a construction area of the resort. A few staff were happy and cheerful but many seemed down and intolerant of guests (we experienced a few staff members snatch menus from us after we ordered and expressing attitude towards us for just ordering drinks (without food) for afternoon tea). The meals and drinks are quite expensive and in smaller portions when compared to other resorts in Samoa. Our room had a TV and DVD player that didn't work and wasn't fixed during our stay (even after asking reception). We had some extra meals added on our tab when checking out (luckily reception sorted this out with us). The resort is close to the Sua Trench and Turtle Island.

Beautiful hotel, amazing service and friendly staff, was a short stay but it was great, highly recommended!!! 😍

We enjoyed staying here. Very peaceful. Excellent fiafia night. Jumping off the jetty and swimming in the pool. Close to Togitogiga waterfall. Just 30 mins into Apia. Room was spacious and comfortable. A tiny bit dated. Staff were frirndly and helpful. The grounds are very idyllic.

Amazing spot. Big property with 3 beach’s to choose from. Rooms and amenities are great. Hotel staff were excellent, service with a smile. Some long waits for food at restaurant but island time isn’t a bad thing! Close to the airport but a bit far from Apia and other attractions in Upolu so bring cash for taxis. Best spot to book in Samoa!

Breakfast was good. I paid for my Expedia reservation at the hotel but was charged an additional 4% for credit card fees (which adds up when you are paying for two rooms for several nights). The rooms were nice but had poor air ventilation so there was always a mouldy smell before the aircon was turned on. Unfortunately, out of the 5 days I stayed, the hot water only worked sporadically and I had to have cold showers on 3 nights. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
