Everything about my stay was perfect. The staff were kind and efficient, the buffet meals were delicious and elegant, and my room was kept impeccably clean every day. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay. This experience has made me a loyal customer, and I will definitely check for Shilla Stay first whenever I plan future trips. Convenient to restaurant and shops. Lots of good places to eat in the area. Hotel was nice and clean.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent and very convenient, with a subway station within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops and a supermarket nearby, making it easy to find everything we need.

The rooms were very clean and a good size. It was very conveniently ocated with easy access to the subway and airport shuttle service right outside the hotel. The staff was very helpful as well. The only complaint is that the food at the hotel restaurant was not the best. Although there is a nice cafe downstairs. But, that is a very minor issue.

This very elegant and classy hotel is in the heart of seoul and I would definitely stay here again. Close to major attractions, great nightlife and tour pick ups. The bed was so comfortable. I had an issue and it was taken care of immediately. The only thing I would say was that the breakfast is very pricey and you don’t need it unless you really want to go all out
