Room was clean and staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Plumbing was weird though, we got woken up several times throughout the night to loud, strange noises coming from the shower pipes. The room also got very hot, very fast, even with the a/c running.

The Staff was extremely friendly. I needed an upgrade to a handicap room and the staff was very accommodating. Our view of the Golden Gate Bridge was amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

All the things you want from a hotel; very clean, classy, good location, great fitness center, excellent morning coffee, but the staff, especially Ricco and his manager went above and beyond for our family that was experiencing hard times with medical issues. We can't thank them enough for going above and beyond. Thank you Omni SF!

Love the pool, and gym. Close to everything

Clean room, comfortable beds, detachable shower head. There is a resort fee of $35 but they do give you a $15 credit to use in the restaurant as well.
