As a lifelong fan from the states, I couldn’t have gotten luckier when choosing a place to stay for my first match experience at Anfield. Ali was very kind and welcoming as soon as I got there and throughout my stay. Next time I’ll have to bring the miss and my brothers. YNWA!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist. However I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Lots of finger-marks on all the doors throughout the hotel, stains on the carpet around the bed, dusty on the window ledge. Paint work was chipped and sofa fabric was ripped and had stains.

Nice enough hotel. Would not rate as 5 star as rooms a bit dated. Service a little slow in bar yet they still add 10% service charge to your drinks bill even when you stand at bar waiting for some time to be served. Loved Liverpool but would not stay here again

This hotel is excellent at every aspect, it was my second time there, and for sure will book again.
Room is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need cutlery, pots, pans if you want to cook a bit, cups, wine glasses and wee Nespresso machine which was.
Staff is lovely, friendly and helpful, check in a Nd check out smooth and no issues. Breakfast and dinner absolutely delicious . 5 star rating in all aspects
