Property was clean and the room we got was large enough that our family of 4 didn’t feel like we were constantly in each others way or anything. Location was good. Plenty of options for food and drink. A large donqi was about a 5min walk away and a small shopping center, both right next to hop street. But if you’re planning on spending more time around shinjuku and/or shibuya it’s quite far, which unfortunately is what we did.

The lobby and public area are clean and well organized. The VIP lounge offers variety of food and drinks all day. Staffs are polite and helpful. The only drawback is that there seems some strange smell in my room. Otherwise, it is perfect. I will give 9/10 scores.

The rooms were well-maintained daily. To have options of three restaurants within the facility was great. One was fully Japanese and the other two were blended. It costs extra to use the pool as a guest of the hotel. That surprised me a little bit. It was expensive. On top of the entry fee you had to pay extra for a seating. The bell desk was somewhat helpful. Not as helpful as a concierge would be though. Overall, I had a very good experience here.

Close to all amenities. Beautiful garden on 2nd floor. Connected with sister properties - so few options to eat in/around the hotel.
