The room was indeed spotless and the staff supportive and courteous. The helped with arrangements for local travel and airport transfers seamlessly.

This place is amazing to stay at. The views are priceless, the location to everything is convenient, the staff goes above & beyond to make sure you have everything you need and your stay is exceptional. The breakfast they have is great with plenty of options. I'd recommend this place over and over again.

This place is excellent. The only minor quibbles would be the standard ones these days, namely the bathroom has a glass door which sounded like it was going to break any second, and the bathroom wall is also opaque so that privacy is not exactly 100% and also if you need to visit the bathroom at night, you wake up people trying to sleep. Also the bathroom door was not exactly insulated, so you get to enjoy the sounds emanating from the bathroom. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

The hotel is truly in the heart of the city. Everything was walkable to everything. I wish we had stayed here longer! We booked the family suite and it truly was incredible. They had a PS5 with limited games, but what a nice feature to keep the kids busy. And having two bathrooms was great for 4 people. Plus there was a sofa bed so you could fit 5-6 people. Welcome treats were provided which was a nice touch. Staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast buffet (included when we went) was a mix of hot and cold items which was amazing. And the gym was amazing! It had so many machines and a small space for floor work. We only stayed one night but well worth the price!
