we had a lovely time, the front desk and door staff plus room cleaning people are kind and very happy to help. If we were picky the bar staff downstairs were a little inattentive so rather than waiting at the table to catch their eye we had to go to them. The pool upstairs is cold in February - but it will be lovely in summer. Great place for an evening drink

The room is spacious and clean, the house keeping team really did a great job in cleaning the room each stay of the stay to make us feel comfortable. The staffs in the club floor are awesome. The breakfast has great variety of food and we enjoyed it every day, the food in the club lounge also delicious and it was totally worth it to purchase a club room.
