Convenient location. The hotel is right across from Chijmes and Raffles City, so you can take the MRT from Changi to City Hall. It's also within walking distance of 4 other MRT stations as well as several bus stops. The room itself was clean and decently sized. The bed was a bit hard, but otherwise comfortable enough.

Beautiful property! The location is perfect as it sits just in the outskirts of Patong. It’s secluded and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and gracious.

The facility was phenomenal. The rooms and views were just as presented and absolutely spectacular. The staff were lovely and gracious and the food was also very good. They arranged a special dinner and cake for my wife’s birthday. We really enjoyed the traditional Dance lesson and the cultural and Fire shows at night. This is a wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle. The only note I would add is that this is a larger resort with 7 different inns so there is a lot going on on property . It’s best to follow up on communication to ensure personalization during your stay.

The lobby with the amazing pianist, Christmas tree and all decorations was stunning. Breakfast is so good and has everything you could ever want. Afternoon tea is not to be missed but the highlight for me was Evening Cocktails where the food and drink is superb but the service even better with the gentleman making cocktails (sorry I am old and forget names) worthy of particular mention, even leaving the bar to get his favourite bourbon to make one drink for me. I really don't have a bad word to say about this place. The only other hotel in the world I have stayed in that is up there with this is Shangri-la in Boracay and that's probably only because of the location on the beach, and jacuzzi on the balcony!
