Everything was nice overall. We got the triple room, and the only complaint was that the mattresses were not US hotel quality, and my wife was complaining... Otherwise, it was nice, and the hotel buffet breakfast was worth it...

Very good grab and go options luggage storage service helped us a lot.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were also open for a last minute change to reservation.
The rooms are very good and pretty new.

Room service isn't a hotel thing, its on the restaurants onsite to tell you where you can pick up an order. We were unable to get service to out door unless we do Uber. So there isn't room service
