I had an appointment for a manicure for the fifth. I was attending the person who gave me service didn’t really want to and it was clear. The manicure was horrible. It was a waste of money! Expectation was not meant it was a simple service, Should’ve been easy. Yolanda did NOT want to do my manicure and it was clear, the Manager of the SPA gave me a discount but i could have gone somewhere else.

I forgot my handbag in our rental car ( along with my passport, wallet, driver's license). The Frontier desk staff ( forgot his name) help my husband call the rental company at the airport. I finally decided to go back to tge airport to see if my purse was turned in. He called a taxi for us, the drive drove us, waited for us to pick up my purse ( yes there are kind people in this world who honestly turned in my puse untouched). Breakfast at the hotel was delicious with plenty to chose from. There are lots of dinner options around the area and a lovely rooftop bar. The staff is kind, helpful and help you enjoy your stay.

We really liked this hotel! And it’s dog friendly! Beautiful, clean, airy rooms. The room overall was a 10/10. The food and cocktails from the hotel room service were so good. Conveniently located across the street from Central Park. Would highly recommend!

Would absolutely stay at Hotel Beacon again! Great location. Perfect for traveling with little ones. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, they were so helpful with all that we needed. Really went above and beyond. Affordable too. Great option!

Property is in a fun, vibrant area. Easy to access everywhere via transit.
Pool really isn’t accessible to hotel guests. Paid beach club for over 21’s. GM was helpful when I had issues with opening hours.
Could definitely benefit from more front desk staff.
