They have the nicest staffs here, very warm and considerate, very welcoming and thoughtful comparing to the other hotel we lived the night before, they gave us some silver lining while stuck in Amsterdam in snow. Would definitely revisit this boutique hotel next time x

We had another wonderful stay at the De L'Europe. The property is beautiful and even better as they prepare it for the holidays. They kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony, which was fantastic! It was so lovely and luxurious and really made the stay perfect. Breakfast in Marie Brasserie was the highlight of my day - wonderful service overlooking the canal and an exceptional array of foods available at the buffet or for order. The hotel is small enough that the staff recognizes you and it really feels like a home away from home. Wonderful!!

Super nice room, cleaned it everyday even though we didn’t ask which was great. Little disappointed in the gym equipment, wasn’t much there and most of it was old and rusted. But the sauna and swimming pool was great.
Staff were super polite and pretty knowledgeable about the local amenities too.
