⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The pool was clean and well-maintained, creating a perfect place to unwind, and the bar had a great atmosphere with excellent drinks and service. Every part of the hotel felt well cared for and exceeded my expectations. The location was also convenient, and the overall experience was peaceful, enjoyable, and worth every penny. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable trip!

It was fine but not great

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and extremely well maintained. Our room was comfortable, spotless and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional and always willing to help. The Guest Relations team was especially helpful with our requests and restaurant reservations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pools and outdoor areas are fantastic, with plenty of space to relax, and the whole resort has a lovely atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the food and the variety of restaurants available. The quality, presentation and service were excellent. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and how well organised everything felt. We travelled as a family and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday in Antalya

Unfortunately, I would not recommend it. The service is nowhere near five-star standard. The biggest issue is the staff. Many speak very little English, are often unhelpful, and some have a poor attitude. My five-year-old daughter was repeatedly ignored while waiting patiently for a bottle of water, with adults who joined the queue after her being served first. When I raised this, the staff member became rude instead of apologising, pulled faces, and responded rudely in Turkish. Although I do not speak Turkish, her attitude and body language were very clear. It was completely unacceptable. Another major issue is the constant use of mobile phones by staff. Bar staff, pool staff, reception desks and other employees are frequently scrolling on social media while working, rather than focusing on guests. There is very little customer service—staff rarely greet guests, often walk into lifts ahead of guests, and generally seem uninterested in helping. The facilities are fine, but the service lets this hotel down. In my opinion, this feels much closer to a three-star hotel than a five-star resort.
