8.8/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated that they kindly provided me with an early check-in at around 5:00 AM, as I had just arrived and was very tired. This thoughtful gesture made a great difference to my stay.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is excellent. Its location inside Al Ghurair Centre is very convenient, with easy access to shopping, a wide variety of restaurants, and the nearby metro station.
I truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel has everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant visit, and the service was excellent throughout. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.
