This is an excellent hotel. The rooms, staff and amenities are all First Rate. And the view from our room overlooking the Zoo was unbelievable. Who wakes up with Kangaroos running around just outside their window?
Our only caution is it is a bit remote, far from public transit and walking through the pitch black Tiergarten at night is not an option.

The facilities were excellent and the room was very clean . The staff friendly and the meals were varied and well prepared.The location was very close to a large shopping centre and local amenities as well as a railway station

Everything about this hotel is fantastic! It's conveniently located, and the train station closest to the hotel is well connected to several lines, with many dining options in the area. Shopping is also just around the corner. If you plan to sign up for tours, the meeting points are just 2-minute walk from the hotel. The room is spacious with enough storage even for big luggage.
