Yes, it was everything we had hoped for. Well located and appointed. Close to everything. The best part was the helpful YOUROPO staff. RITA was amazingly helpful. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Her assistance made our visit so much more enjoyable. Her colleague, LUZ, was also very detailed and wonderful to work with. Thank you! The breakfast staff dealing with food and tables were not particularly friendly, efficient or helpful. This does not include the lady welcoming us at the breakfast room door who was friendly.

amazing location. gorgeous rooms. clean! nice staff. was especially nice when we left on our last day and were heading on a road trip to the Algarve, the breakfast host provided us boxes to take snacks from the buffet on the road with us.

My only real complaint was the fact that at 4 AM one morning my lights came on 100%. The key card wasn’t even in the slot. The receptionist didn’t seem to really care that that had happened and didn’t follow up with me at all to ensure that she had checked into it. It was super weird and a little unnerving
