It’s really not obvious why this a 5-star hotel: I should just about be a 4-star.
Positive attributes included: comfortable bed, quiet and fairly clean room. The location is quite good. The unrelated-to-the-hotel Ora restaurant/wine bar across the street has really exceptional food.
Negative issues included: surprisingly poor breakfast, room heating not under occupant control, no soap in bathroom at outset and hair conditioner dispenser empty.
I suspect there are much better options in central Belfast.

our apartment at the Wilton House was perfect, we loved the extra room after being in hotel rooms for 2 weeks. the apartment had everything we needed and the staff were very helpful and responsive to any of our questions. it is nicely located close to the City Centre as well.

Room was small but clean but the air- conditioning didn’t work and we had to use the fan . Bathroom was clean and towels replaced each day . Location was good for getting around Belfast- most places within easy walking distance.
