9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,029 reviews)
The Wi-Fi would drop in our room. There were bobby pins all over the floor in our room that was supposedly cleaned. Someone left coffee and tea in the closet of our room that smelled on day two of our stay. Overall, not what you would expect for a five star hotel. The staff was friendly but the property needed more.
