Everything was perfect — from the friendly and attentive staff to the comfortable room and great atmosphere.
I was especially touched and pleasantly surprised to receive a belated birthday gift from the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay extra special and memorable.

Overall a great experience, but falls just short of a dull point score. No major complaints, only small things such as, getting the shower to a desired temp relies on fractions of a degree of precision on the cold water knob, or squeaky doors and askew decor. Overall, trivial complaints, but just enough to allow more sorted locations to take lead.

Have stayed at this hotel many times since 2017, was in room 211 this time. As always the room was great, large size with a big shower. Now the new railway station is open its a quick walk through to the town centre. Very handy for the flibco bus to charleroi airport, the bus stops right outside
