Asked for a walk in shower got a High bath tub with terrible soap dispenser Room was small but adequate. Staff was very nice and helpful Good location and great breakfast buffet.

The hotel bar and restaurant were good. The rooms are clean but average. Pillows on bed were too soft and uncomfortable.

The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities.

Perfect location in the center city, good breakfast and delicious restaurant, that does the room service as well. Helpful and friendly staff. Overall excellent experience, definitely recommend!

Great place to stay. The staff was very accommodating. The sauna and the steam room is a bonus. Breakfast was delicious.
